Return Request

Please process within 7 days of receiving the product; returns will not be accepted after that!

If the product has been opened, returns cannot be processed. (Tearing open the outer packaging counts as opened.)

If any discomfort occurs while using the product, please stop using it immediately and consult a professional physician.

※ Returns due to personal skin or body constitution issues are not accepted!

Return Process

    1.  Confirm if the product is unopened; all products must be returned complete with accessories. Opened items cannot be returned!

    2.  Please apply within 7 days of receiving the product. Contact Line customer service to notify about the return; applications after 7 days will not be accepted for refunds!

    3.  For returns, please use courier or post office shipping; shipping fees are to be borne by the buyer! (Except for defective products)

    4.  After GillianSun Socks receives the return package and confirms the product is correct, we will notify you of the refund within 3-5 business days.

    ※Please note: Canceling an order or processing a return will only refund the actual amount paid; discount codes cannot be reused.
